GENERAL TERMS OF USE

They cannot be used in relation to products or services that are not MVLFA's, in a way that may cause confusion among customers or in any way that could damage or discredit MVLFA.

LICENSE FOR ACCESSING MYTHIC LUST SERVICES

Provided that you comply with these General Terms of Use, the Service Terms, and pay any applicable fees, MVLFA or its content provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access the Mythic Lust Services and use them for personal purposes. Any non-compliant use with applicable laws is prohibited.

PERSONAL ACCOUNT

You may be required to use your Mythic Lust account to access certain services of Mythic Lust, by logging in and having a valid payment method associated with it. By using the services of Mythic Lust, it is mandatory to keep account data and passwords confidential and to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

You may post reviews, comments, and other content as long as they do not violate applicable laws. MVLFA reserves the right to remove content that violates company policies.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS VIOLATIONS

If you believe that any content or sales listings posted on the site or used within Mythic Lust services contain defamatory statements or that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please contact us at the email info@mvlfa.com.

LIABILITY

Mythic Lust guarantees that the products comply with the applicable regulations in Italy and the European Union. However, MVLFA is not responsible for improper use or violations of local laws by buyers.

EXPORT CONTROL

WAIVER

In the event of non-compliance with these General Terms of Use, MVLFA's failure to exercise its right to take action against you does not constitute a waiver of its right to act.

MINORS

MVLFA does not sell products to minors. Minors under the age of 18 may use the services of Mythic Lust only by involving a parent or guardian.
