Our Policies: Clarity and Transparency

Mythic Lust guarantees safe shipments within 2-3 working days from the receipt of the order, provided all ordered products are immediately available in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday. If any of the ordered products are unavailable or out of stock with the manufacturer (6-10 or 7-14 working days), and this is not mentioned in the summary email, the Customer Service will contact you. To ensure a tracked shipping service with the best value for money, shipping is arranged as follows: within 2-3 working days from dispatch at our warehouses, the shipping service will send you a link by email to track your shipment, allowing you to receive real-time delivery updates. Although Mythic Lust provides your contact number to the carrier for contact purposes, we cannot guarantee that you will be contacted, as the shipping service is external to our systems and not directly controlled by us. Therefore, the phone contact will occur solely at the discretion of the driver handling the physical delivery. With standard service, it is not possible to specify preferred delivery time slots. However, upon request, additional services like priority delivery, floor delivery, or delivery by appointment are available.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Mythic Lust delivers directly to the address provided by customers at the time of the order, so please make sure the address is correct during the order confirmation.

TRACKING

More precise delivery timing information will be available in the email containing your shipment tracking. This email will be automatically sent by the shipping service once your order is processed. Mythic Lust does not assume any responsibility for damages and/or losses occurring during transport. These are the responsibility of the shipping service. However, Mythic Lust's customer service is available to address any customer needs.

PACKAGING

Mythic Lust places particular attention on the packaging of products. Our operators pack them according to type and size with dedicated packaging. Each product is assembled in the box and separated from the rest of the order by special packaging, boxed, and shipped via courier.

MISSED DELIVERY

The presence of the customer or their representative at the delivery address is required. If the customer or their representative is not present or the payment is incomplete, the customer will be charged for the delivery cost, storage fees, and the cost of products that can no longer be resold. Mythic Lust is not responsible for delays caused by the courier's fault or by third parties (e.g., strikes, bad weather, natural disasters). Upon receiving the package, the customer is invited to check:

  • Whether the number of items indicated on the delivery note, DDT, or invoice matches the number delivered;

  • Whether the package is intact and undamaged. Any disputes should be reported to the courier by marking "SIGNED WITH RESERVATION" on the signed delivery note. Otherwise, the package is considered delivered correctly.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

The prices of the products listed in euros (€) on the website www.mythiclust.com include VAT. Any shipping and delivery charges will be specifically indicated at the time of order confirmation and before payment. The prices applied are those indicated on the site at the time the customer places the order. The prices of individual products are subject to change, and therefore, the prices shown on the site at the time of the order will cancel and replace any previous prices. The price of the products purchased, along with the home delivery cost, must be paid by the customer at the time of the online order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, EXCEPTIONS AND RETURN POLICIES

Subject to the exceptions outlined below, you have the right to withdraw from the order placed, without providing any reason, within 14 working days from the shipment and/or delivery of the ordered product (or the last product, batch, or piece in case of multiple goods, batches, or pieces delivered separately) or from the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send the relevant communication before the expiration of the 14 working days period, and the product must be returned to MVLFA's headquarters at Via Oropa 76, 10153 Torino.

For more information on the right of withdrawal and operational instructions, contact Mythic Lust's customer service. Each product has had its own storage history and was inspected before being made available for sale by the Mythic Lust Team. Mythic Lust guarantees that the condition of the product matches the description and photo provided on the product page. The customer waives any right to compensation or indemnity for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
