The Cooperative: I Ciliegi Selvatici was founded in 2011 in the province of Cuneo. The goal of the cooperative is the employment of disabled individuals in agriculture, facilitating socialization, learning abilities, skills development, and promoting social cohesion and quality of life improvement. The spaces consist of a mountain plot at 1800 meters altitude, about 14 hectares in the Municipality of Canosio, dedicated to cultivating genepy, edelweiss, and various medicinal herbs. There is also a hilly plot of about 4 hectares in the Municipality of Manta, for growing fruits and vegetables, and a laboratory for processing agricultural products in Verzuolo.
